Customized 360-Degree Interviews and Feedback
I use 360-Degree interviews to compile feedback from a cross section of roles (manager, peers, coworkers, direct reports, and customers) that interact with the leader. This provides a more comprehensive view of performance to better understand strengths and opportunities for growth. In addition, 360-Degree interviews and feedback assist with career and organizational development and reduce the risk of discrimination. Online questionnaires or surveys are not recommended but can be done upon request.
