Remeasure Performance
Six to twelve months after my initial engagement, I conduct a second round of feedback interviews with the leader’s circle of key individuals. These interviews address progress against development objectives established at the beginning of the coaching relationship.
Following the second round of interviews, I:
Review, interpret, and clarify second round of feedback with the leader
Compare feedback data with results from previous baseline assessment
Summarize development process and measure performance improvement
Conduct final meeting with leader and leader’s manager
Create final performance enhancement summary with leader
