Each leader dynamic is unique and requires a custom action plan to enhance existing strengths and fortify weaknesses. Where individuals are “stuck,” they discover new approaches to overcoming stubborn obstacles. To work, these plans require follow up and reinforcement. That can happen a number of different ways including ongoing individual coaching.
